A Realtor involved in Commercial and Residential Real Estate, David has served in numerous positions Impacting communities across the state of Alabama. He managed the Community Services Block Grant program for the state and served as assistant Division Chief for the Community Services Division. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Community Planning from Alabama A&M University with additional work toward a PHD in Economics at Auburn University. He has authored and/or co-authored 16 County publications on potable water and the revitalization of economically distressed rural counties in Alabama.
